Returns and refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Libéll.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at libell.skin@gmail.com of your decision to withdraw from this purchase by means of a clear statement.

Exception for sealed cosmetic products
The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies to our cosmetic products if the original packaging/seal has been opened.

Return costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Refund
If you withdraw from this purchase, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal.
