Shipping area
We currently ship to Austria. We plan to expand to further countries (e.g. Germany).

Shipping costs
Shipping is free and included in the product price.

Delivery time
Delivery within Austria usually takes 1–3 working days after the order has been confirmed.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days after receipt of payment.

Order tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Delays
We make every effort to ship all orders on time, but we cannot accept liability for delays caused by the shipping provider or by circumstances beyond our control.
